Teresa Ter-Minassian

Teresa. Ter-Minassian holds degrees in Law from the University of Rome (Italy) and in Economics from Harvard University. She had a successful career in the IMF, culminating in the directorship of the Fiscal Affairs Department in 2001-08. Following her retirement from the Fund, she is currently an international economic consultant. Mrs. Ter-Minassian has published more than 40 papers and books on fiscal issues, especially in the macro-fiscal and intergovernmental fiscal relations areas.
