The Tatevatsi Policymaking Challenge (TPC) is set to launch in 2026 as a unique simulation platform for high school students eager to understand how public policy is shaped.

Why It Matters

Public policy is where economics meets society. TPC introduces students to how decisions are made at the intersection of data, human behavior, and societal needs. It encourages collaboration, debate, and problem-solving, helping young people see themselves as future policymakers and problem-solvers.

Program Design
 

• Simulation-Based Learning: Teams design, analyze, and defend policy proposals.

• Interdisciplinary Approach: Drawing on economics, psychology, political science, and behavioral sciences.

• Policy Defense: Students present to experts, gaining experience in evidence-based argumentation.
